Information you provide. In order to register as a user with Prendz, you will be asked to sign in and registerusing your Email address first name and last name. This helps us to create a profile for you on prendz. In addition you will be asked your best skill and your location (school or county). This helps in connecting you with like minded people only on the app prendz . We do not collect personal address or phone number. You may also provide us photos, a personal description and information about yorself to better interact you with other users on prendz. If you want to take a 20 seconds video about your skill for other users to see, we acess your phone camers and microphone to take the video when you press the record button. This video will me viewed by other people on prendz as your profile info.
We collect the state of the phone so that user can always be logged in. We also use this to make an api call to onesignal Api which enables us send push notification.
After registration user can also put their Youtube and soundcloud url as part of their profile. This information redirects other user to your Youtube video or Soundcloud audio.
In General. We may use information that we collect about you to: deliver and improve our products and services, manage your account and provide you with customer support; communicate with you by email for updates and contest about the app.
Information Shared are with other users. When you register as a user of Prendz, your Prendz profile will be viewable by other users of the Service. Other users (and in the case of any sharing features available on Prendz, the individuals or apps with whom a Prendz user may choose to share you with) will be able to view information you have provided to us directly or through Registration, such as your works eg music and video in your profile , photos , your first name and last name.
Personal information. We do not share your personal information like email address and password provided to us by you when you register with anyone including advertisments. But however since we make call to api like Onesignal we cannot control the data they might be able to collect eg location,phone state and ip address.
In response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or a request for cooperation from a law enforcement or other government agency; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.
